With degrees in both chemistry and mathematics, Val began his professional comic book career in 1986 with his work on the  King Kull back-up strips in  The Savage Sword of Conan, before becoming the regular monthly artist on  Conan The Barbarian. He is best known for his long runs on both  Demon and  Lobo ,  Lobo\/Judge Dredd crossover. He has drawn  Wolverine,  JLA, Superman's Nemesis: Lex Luthor, The Flash and  Batman. ALAN ZELENETZ A British artist, known for his painting and his work in comics and film production. His career led him from artist for graphic novels to storyboard artist and character designer. He is arguably best known for his visual development work on  Tarzan.
